We sign up homeowners across Northern Virginia for a Baseline Home Check, a one-time Mint Reset and four seasonal upkeep visits a year. You do the work. We handle the marketing, the member billing and the calendar.

What a visit includes
Three kinds of work. A Baseline Home Check: the Mintly 25-Point Home Check (about 90 minutes) with a photo report and fix list. A one-time Mint Reset: quoted fixes such as bathroom recaulks, baseboard and crown caulk, mortar and trim touch-ups. Quarterly visits of about 75 minutes: rerun the check and handle the small stuff (filters, bulbs, battery smoke and CO detectors, spot caulk up to about 10 ft, lube, cobwebs, toilet flappers, fridge water filters), with a short photo report.
Repairs, larger masonry and any licensed trade work are not part of a visit. You quote those separately and they only go ahead with the homeowner's approval. Members can also book extra service calls between visits.
What we will ask of partners
- An established company with its own crew
- General liability insurance, with a certificate of insurance on file
- Any Virginia licenses your work requires
- Background checks for anyone entering members' homes
- Photo reports and on-time arrivals
